I provided a training program progressing from the first series advising readers on how to get that coveted bikini body. With the whole series, I focused on maintainable results, not quick fixes. One of the testers, Linn Kristin Aksberg, relates how after the first two series, her weight is the same but she is smaller, showing how body fat percentage is a better and more lasting indicator of progression!
