This November, I'll be presenting ​FreshFit, the group training program developed for Fresh Fitness, at the NIH Fitness Convention. NIH (Norges Idrettshøgskole) is the Norwegian School of Sports Science and holds an annual convention that brings together people from all walks of the fitness industry together for a weekend of training, education and fun. We'll have updates periodically as to what up in regards to this!
