Man vs Machine

I've finally found a productive workout that uses only the machines!
Going to the gym regularly is only half the battle. If you are trying to lose weight, don't waste your time sitting at the machines! Honestly, how much work is it really if you're sitting down? Talk to your personal trainers at the gym, see who you think will work best with you (i.e. push you) and sign up for a few sessions and a program. The money you spend will be much less than months and months of membership fees with no results. And is there any other reason to go to the gym then to get results?
